UAE e-invoicing ASP list: 70 providers and what to compare

Browse 70 Ministry of Finance-accredited ASPs with website links, plus seven provider capability profiles and practical questions for your shortlist.

Searching for an “FTA-approved ASP list” can bring up a mixture of provider advertisements, older pre-approval lists and comparison pages. Before looking at features, make sure you are comparing the right legal entities and the right accreditation status.

We checked the live Ministry of Finance register on 24 October 2026. It contained 70 accredited e-invoicing service providers. The searchable list below records those entities, their accreditation numbers and their listed websites.

Whose list is it: FTA or Ministry of Finance?

The Ministry of Finance maintains the accredited-provider register. The FTA’s e-invoicing page directs readers to the Ministry’s official information. The terms are often mixed in everyday searches, but the Ministry’s current register is the source used here.

The register also contains a separate group of pre-approved providers under final assessment. We have not mixed those companies into the 70 accredited entries. A pre-approval announcement should not be treated as proof of full accreditation.

What accreditation tells you, and what still needs checking

Accreditation is an important starting check. It is not a personalised recommendation, a quality ranking or evidence that a provider has already integrated with your particular system.

For a useful shortlist, add three things: the finance process you need to support, the evidence of capability you want to see and the total cost of getting your team operational. Our ASP selection guide explains how to organise that comparison.

Seven provider profiles: capabilities and questions to ask

These examples cover different product approaches and are not a ranking or a selection of “the best” providers. Capabilities are summarised from the linked providers’ own material. The possible advantages and questions are our evaluation suggestions, not independently tested performance claims.

A-Cube

Registered entity: Platform ACube Technologies LLC (A-Cube). Accreditation: 188961.

Published capability: Its UAE product page describes an API-led platform, an Emirates e-invoicing API, a test environment and connectors for systems including SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365. Read the provider’s material ↗

Potential advantage: Worth investigating when a software team wants to build invoicing into an existing product or workflow.

Before you shortlist: Ask for a UAE sandbox exercise, the exact connector scope and who owns custom development and failed-message handling.

Avalara

Registered entity: Avalara Gulf Technologies LLC. Accreditation: 134809.

Published capability: Avalara’s published UAE implementation-guide description covers activation, operational configuration, schema mapping and invoice lifecycle workflows in its E-Invoicing and Live Reporting product. Read the provider’s material ↗

Potential advantage: Worth investigating when finance and IT want a documented configuration and implementation approach.

Before you shortlist: Request the complete current UAE guide, a sample mapping workshop and a written division of responsibilities. Do not assume an existing tax-product subscription includes this service.

ClearTax

Registered entity: Defmacro Software DMCC (ClearTax). Accreditation: 163162.

Published capability: ClearTax’s UAE integration page describes API, FTP/SFTP and Excel-based integration approaches. Read the provider’s material ↗

Potential advantage: The choice of ingestion methods may be useful when an organisation has a mixture of modern systems and file-based processes.

Before you shortlist: Test the method you will actually use. Ask how the proposed configuration returns errors and status information to finance, and what is included in implementation.

Comarch

Registered entity: Comarch Middle East FZ LLC. Accreditation: 110668.

Published capability: Comarch describes a global e-invoicing platform aligned with Peppol and PINT AE, with process-specific implementation and scalability. Read the provider’s material ↗

Potential advantage: Worth investigating if your UAE project forms part of a wider invoicing or digital-transformation programme.

Before you shortlist: Ask which UAE scenarios are supported in your contracted solution and how future changes are tested. Use the Ministry, rather than an older vendor timeline, for regulatory dates.

EDICOM

Registered entity: EDICOM Middle East Services. Accreditation: 102434.

Published capability: EDICOM describes ERP integration, automated document exchange and a centralised international e-invoicing platform. Its UAE page also describes Peppol access-point capabilities. Read the provider’s material ↗

Potential advantage: A possible comparison point for organisations evaluating an international, multi-entity operating model.

Before you shortlist: Request confirmation of the countries and entities you need, the integration design and local support arrangements. Broad international coverage is not proof that your particular ERP configuration is already connected.

Wafeq

Registered entity: Wafeq FZ-LLC. Accreditation: 129932.

Published capability: In its October announcement, Wafeq says UAE sending, receiving and reporting are included in its Starter, Plus and Premium accounting plans without a separate per-invoice charge. Read the provider’s material ↗

Potential advantage: Worth investigating for businesses considering accounting and e-invoicing in the same application.

Before you shortlist: Confirm current plan terms, migration needs and whether you are buying the accounting product or connecting an external ERP. Wafeq publishes a separate ASP pricing model for external-system connections.

Zoho Books

Registered entity: Zoho Software Trading LLC. Accreditation: 121988.

Published capability: Zoho’s UAE product page describes creating and exchanging e-invoices in Zoho Books, receiving vendor e-invoices, handling credit notes and approval workflows. Read the provider’s material ↗

Potential advantage: Worth investigating if your accounting already runs in Zoho Books or you are considering a move to it.

Before you shortlist: Confirm your UAE edition, eligible plan, transaction allowance and pack charges. Ask how rejected transactions and received vendor documents will appear in your team’s daily work.

The 70-provider accredited list

This is a dated snapshot of the Ministry’s accredited section, in its alphabetical order. Search by company name, brand text or accreditation number. Website links are the provider addresses listed in that register; a listing here does not mean we have audited every website or product.

Check the Ministry’s current register before appointing a provider ↗. Names, status and contact details can change after this article’s check date.

Turn the list into a useful decision

If you already use an accounting platform that appears on the register, first ask how appointment and activation work for your actual subscription. If you have several systems, ask each shortlisted provider to show the same transaction journey across them. A long connector list is less useful than a test of your own configuration.

Give your shortlist the same small set of synthetic invoice scenarios, including an ordinary transaction and an exception your team finds difficult. Compare what finance can see, what needs technical help and who handles the unresolved item. Ask for a written quote against the same entities, volume and support assumptions.

Do not change accounting systems purely because a provider appears easier to appoint. Include migration, training, reporting continuity and ongoing support in the decision. Equally, do not assume a familiar vendor is the right fit without checking the work your team must still do.

Tell Finaxil about your systems and invoice workflow if you need help preparing the finance brief, identifying data gaps or organising a provider comparison. Include your current software and the part of the process you want to improve.
